A non refundable* £100 deposit secures your place

Balance

Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before departure

Late payment will incur an additional fee of £55

If no balance payment is received by 6 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your place on the holiday.

Cancellation

If, for any reason within our control, G&T Tennis cancels the holiday any money paid to us (*including your deposit) will be refunded in full.  If the holiday is cancelled due to "ash cloud" or similar problems outside our control, any refund will exclude costs incurred at the point of cancellation.

If, for any reason, you cancel your place, you forfeit your deposit – unless you can transfer your place (and therefore the deposit) to someone else no later than 2 weeks before departure.

If any major changes are necessary, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to cancel your holiday at no cost. 

Travel Arrangements:
The tennis holiday starts in Malaga.  G&T Tennis are unable to take any responsibility for your travel arrangements to Malaga

Please ensure that you have a travel insurance policy valid for the duration of your holiday.
